On a surface covered lightly with powdered sugar, roll the white fondant as thinly as possible. Press the cutter into the fondant and then gently press the plunger to make a stamped impression. Lift the cutter and fully press the plunger to remove the snowflakes. Pipe dots or lines with piping gel in any area that you want the glitter to adhere. On a piece of paper, sprinkle the snowflakes with blue sugar and shake off the excess.
Once finished, fold the paper in half in order to funnel the excess sugar back into the jar. Bake the cupcakes according to the package directions and cool. So good and so cute! Easy Owl Cupcakes.
